Here is an overview of the steps you can expect when you make an investment in TreesOfLives.
Pre-qualification
The TreesOfLives Impact Fund is available on the exempt market in Canada and under rule 506c in the United States. To help you validate your eligibility to invest, we ask you to answer a few questions.
20-minute phone appointment with one of our team members
During your appointment with one of our team members, you will be asked to provide a little more detail about your profile and financial situation. This step ensures that the investment matches your profile and objectives. It will also be an opportunity for you to ask any final questions you may have about the fund and our restoration projects.
Account creation
Following the verification and signature of the electronic documents, you will be invited to create an account to access your TreesOfLives investor area.
Investment
Once you are logged in to your investor area, you will be able to give the money transfer order. You will have made your first investment in TreesOfLives!
Management
You will then receive the documents related to your investment in your secure investor space. You will also have access to see the evolution of our projects, your performance, your impact and your carbon sequestration.
